Teletskaya School Provision

 1. General conditions.

Teletskaya school of children and youth ecotourism, hereinafter named Teletskaya school, of the Altaiskiy State Nature Biosphere Reserve is a voluntary association based on shared interests and activities. 
Teletskaya school was established to implement the tasks of sustainable development of the Teletskaya Nature Territory and apply methods of environmental education and upbringing in the prevention of youth’s social disorders.
 
Teletskaya school, organized by the Altaiskiy Biosphere Reserve, is funded through the budget and other resources provided for the school’s operation under the current Law of the Russian Federation. 
Teletskaya school is the structural subdivision of the Environmental Education Department of the Altaiskiy Biosphere Reserve and operates on the basis of the present Provision and the Provision of the Altaiskiy State Nature Biosphere Reserve.

2. Objectives of the Teletskaya school:
- provide conditions for the sustainable development of the Teletskaya Nature Territory;
- apply methods of environmental tourism in the prevention of Russian children and youth’s social disorders.

3. Targets of the Teletskaya school:
 
- protect the historical and cultural heritage of the Teletskaya Nature Territory;
 
- organize and conduct ecocamp events and expeditions for at-risk children and youth;
- organize and conduct public monitoring of the Teletskaya Nature Territory;
- collect and publish data and information materials on issues and targets of sustainable development of the Teletskaya Nature Territory;
- develop agri- and active ecotourism in the Teletskaya Nature Territory;  
- promote healthy lifestyle and resource saving technologies of environmental management in the Teletskaya Nature Territory;
- study the effect of natural landscapes of the Teletskaya Nature Territory on psycho-physiological state of a man; 
- provide conditions for vocational guidance in the sphere of environmental tourism for teenagers and youth.

4. Teletskaya school activity is organized along the following basic lines:
- activity planning and determining its prospects;
- proper use of budget resources; 
-  gather materials presenting the activity of the Teletskaya school;
-  the school must have its own name, coat of arms and a flag.

5.  Funding sources of the Teletskaya school activity:
- budgetary and extrabudgetary funds; 
- grants;
- other funding sources provided under the Law of the Russian Federation.  

6. Management of the Teletskaya school:
- Teletskaya school is managed by its head (coordinator) with the professional education and no less than 3 years of work history in the spheres specified in the objectives and targets of the school;
-  head of the school coordinates its activity with the Deputy Director for Environmental Education of the Altaiskiy Biosphere Reserve, carries out regular environmental and creative activity in accordance with the approved plan and submits annual activity reports. 

7. Participants of the Teletskaya school:
-  state, commercial, public institutions, NGOs and natural persons sharing the school’s targets and objectives, having experience in the spheres specified in the targets and objectives and actively implementing projects falling in line with the targets.

8.  Rights and obligations of the Teletskaya school participants:
 

Teletskaya school participants enjoy the following rights:
- take part in Teletskaya school events;
- use material assets of the school in accordance with the current Law of the Russian Federation.
Teletskaya school participants oblige:
- to stick to the School Provision in their activity;
- treat school’s material assets with due care;
-  fortify the school’s image.
